Risk management
services are provided to all school districts through the Utah
State Division of Risk Management. USBA provides training
through safety seminars, inspections, and distribution of material
relevant to risk management issues. An advisory committee made up of superintendents and business
administrators meet every other month to review claims, premiums,
loss control measures, legislation, and litigations.
