USBA Policy Services:

The USBA is proud to make available to Utah’s school board a policy service.  USBA provides model policies which are reviewed by USBA’s legal counsel (Burbidge & White, LLC.) for complete compliance to Utah Statutory and Administrative codes.  Among other benefits the subscription service includes: policy consultation via telephone, email, or in person; timely and informative legal memoranda; board training; and annual policy conference.
