Great Expectations:

“Master Boards Climbing to the Top”

This year’s leadership academy was held on September 8-10th, at the Zermatt Resort in Midway. The academy focused on providing information to Local School Board Members on how to become better school board members. Discussions included: Roles and Responsibilities of Board Members, How to Hold Effective Board Meetings, Importance of Ethics and Codes of Conduct and Working with Policy, Understanding Finances and Budget, and Communicating with your Community.
